I used to assess students and forget. Now I record feedback for the whole session in one go, with many students in it, and Athlory splits it out for each student. I review it, save it, and it suggests drills for each one. It saved my time replying to parents, so I focus on coaching.
I can see whether I am meeting the target my coach set, and whether I am improving over time. It is my digital notebook now. If I miss something, it helps me correct myself again.
